E-Send Registration For Utilities

The Municipality of West Perth is pleased to offer residents the opportunity to receive water bills by e-mail. In addition to reducing paper and postage waste, "E-Send" will allow property owners to easily file these important documents electronically for future reference. Further, property owners will also be able to access water bills wherever they have access to e-mail.

To sign up for the e-mail of water bills, please provide the following information and authorization. You may sign up for E-Bills for one property at one time.

To the extent that the foregoing information constitutes personal information as defined by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O 1990, Chapter M.56, as amended, the information is subject to provisions of that Act and will be used exclusively by Revenue Services for the collection of amounts owing to the Corporation of the Municipality of West Perth. Terms and Conditions:

  1. I agree that by submitting this form I will no longer receive paper bills in the mail. All bills linked to this water account, including any subsequent collection notices, from now on will be electronically sent to the email address specified above.

  2. Signing up for E-Send also authorizes you as the sole contact for account inquires via email. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the Municipality of any email address changes or termination of this billing delivery method in writing.

  3. Please note that by taking advantage of this billing delivery option, your billing cycle, due dates, and payment methods remain the same.

  4. It is the customer's responsibility to complete a new enrollment form if there is a change to the email address where the utility bill is being sent and also to notify the Utilities Clerk if a bill has not been received.

Collection of Information

Personal information contained on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, c.25, as amended and will be used, maintained and disclosed in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act c. M56 s.29(2) for the purpose of changing mailing address information for property tax bills and finance mailings.
