E-Send Registration For Landfill

The Municipality of West Perth is pleased to offer residents the opportunity to receive landfill bills by e-mail. In addition to reducing paper and postage waste, "E-Send" will allow property owners to easily file these important documents electronically for future reference. Further, account holders will also be able to access landfill bills wherever they have access to e-mail.

To sign up for the e-mail of landfill bills, please provide the following information and authorization. You may sign up for E-Bills for one account at one time.

To the extent that the foregoing information constitutes personal information as defined by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O 1990, Chapter M.56, as amended, the information is subject to provisions of that Act and will be used exclusively by Revenue Services for the collection of amounts owing to the Corporation of the Municipality of West Perth. By submitting this confirmation, the customer agrees to receive all landfill invoices electronically (E-Send) and will no longer receive paper invoices by mail. All invoices, notices, and collection correspondence related to this account will be sent to the email address provided above.
Enrollment in E-Send authorizes email communication for account inquiries and correspondence related to this account. The customer is responsible for notifying the Municipality in writing of any changes to their email address or request to cancel electronic billing.
Enrollment in E-send does not change the billing cycle, due dates, and available payment methods.
It is the customer's responsibility to contact the Utilities Clerk if an invoice has not been received.

Personal information contained on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, c.25, as amended and will be used, maintained and disclosed in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act c. M56 s.29(2) for the purpose of changing mailing address information for property tax bills and finance mailings.
