The Municipality of West Perth
The West Perth Digital Sign was installed in Mitchell to promote the municipality's commitment to increasing communication to our community. The following is an agreement between the Advertiser and the Municipality of West Perth.
Personal information collected on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the purposes of reviewing this application. Questions regarding the collection of personal information should be directed to the Municipality of West Perth, 169 St.David Street, PO Box 609, Mitchell, ON N0K 1N0, telephone 519-348-8429 Clerk's Department.
Members of the Mitchell BIA receive a 20% discount beginning at 3 month contracts.
This agreement shall be in full force for the duration as indicated above, and begins on the first day the advertisement is displayed on the Digital Sign.
Please ensure your media-ready advertisment is submitted at least 5 business days prior to the advertisement release date. You are entitled to one media change per month.
Picture Advertisments: Image size 288 x 144 pixels, must be JPEG in RBG format
Video Advertisements: 10 seconds in length, avi or mpeg files, fit 2:1 ratio
Should the sign be down for a period of time due to weather, technical issues, etc. West Perth will reimburse you with pro-rated time.
By signing this agreement the parties agree to the following:
1. Payments are to be made prior to the first day the advertisment will be displayed.
2. The Advertiser is to abide by the Municipality of West Perth's Digital Sign Communication, Usage and Advertising Policy.
